I have answers!

I'm Vegetarian/Pescatarian. Am I able to join?

Yes! Many of the recipes will suit your needs. And Leslie will provide you supplemental recipes to suit your needs.

I'm taking GLP-1 medication. Can I still do this program?

YES! This program works in conjunction with GLP-1 medication. It will ensure your body is getting the nutrients it needs as you make progress on your goals.

I have travel and work events during this challenge. How would I make it work?

OK, real talk. There is always going to be some sort of conflict or reason not to join - travel, social events, birthdays, etc. Learning how to navigate commitments WHILE making progress is kind of the point. There will never be a perfect time.

I eat clean already, but I'm not seeing any results. How will this be any different?

A good number of my clients believe they eat clean. But there is a difference between eating clean, and optimizing your macros (protein, carbohydrates, and fats) to achieve your goals. We'll dial in those macros, and work on portion control. And we'll curb those sugar cravings. If you follow the program 80% or more (that's a solid A/B effort), you WILL see results!

I'm afraid of failing...
