Leslie Bodner founded BodFit510 in 2021. She's been immersed in the fitness industry since 2011, and is on a mission to help people live their best life through fitness and nutrition.

BodFit510 is a Virtual Fitness Collective with 5 amazing women coaches. All coaches are 50'ish and fabulous, and want to make you feel the same way!

We offer over 20 classes/week, including everything from strength, cardio, Zumba, Yoga, mat Pilates, and ProActive Aging (low impact)!
